A free COVID-19 testing campaign for citizens and residents is being rolled out in Fujairah.
It comes under the directive of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah.
Conducted by the Ministry of Health and Prevention, it's part of the emirate’s efforts at identifying and treating COVID-19 patients, thus containing the spread of the virus.
So far, the UAE has carried out over 4.5 million COVID-19 tests.
