Emirates said on Friday it is suspending check-in for all customers in its network travelling with onward connections through Dubai until 2359 GMT on April 19.
In a statement posted on their social media, the UAE carrier said it's to "support operations recovery from the recent bad weather at our Dubai hub".
"Customers travelling to Dubai as their final destination may check-in and travel as usual," the airline said, adding, "Passengers already in Dubai and in transit will continue to be processed for their flights."
Emirates had resumed check-in services after 9:00 am on Thursday, after initially suspending it.
The airline warned of delays with arrivals and departures from DXB, and urged passengers to check the latest flight schedules on the Emirates website.
Impacted customers should contact their booking agent or Emirates Office for rebooking options.
The airline extended its "apologies to impacted customers who have experienced delays and disruption to their travel plans caused by bad weather and road conditions".
"Our teams are working hard to restore our scheduled operations as soon as possible."
