Emirates Airline said on Saturday afternoon it had resumed flight operations to and from Dubai, after a brief suspension, with passengers booked on flights advised to travel to the airport.
The airline said the update also applied to customers transiting through Dubai, provided their onward connection was operating.
Passengers have been urged to check the latest flight schedules before travelling and confirm their flight is running.
Emirates said it continues to monitor the situation and will adjust its operational schedule if necessary.
The airline thanked customers for their patience and said passenger and crew safety remains its top priority.

Refunds can be requested by completing a refund form on the Emirates Airline website or make a request with the travel agent.
Customers are requested to ensure their contact details are correct by visiting "Manage Your Booking" to receive updates.
All city check‑in points across Dubai are temporarily closed until further notice.
