With the highly anticipated Asia Cup match between India and Pakistan set to take place at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday, Dubai’s Events Security Committee (ESC) is urging fans to uphold sportsmanship and follow all safety regulations.
Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Committee and Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations at Dubai Police, said full preparations are in place to ensure the safety and success of Asia Cup 2025 matches.
Specialised police units will be deployed to ensure safety and respond firmly to any disruptions.
Legal Penalties
• Offenders who enter the pitch without authorisation or carry prohibited items such as fireworks face imprisonment of one to three months and fines ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 30,000.
• Those committing acts of violence, throwing objects at spectators or onto the field, or using racist or abusive language during sporting events face both imprisonment and fines ranging between AED 10,000 and AED 30,000.

• Arrive at least three hours before kick-off
• Enter the stadium only once per ticket
• Respect the list of prohibited items
• Ensure tickets are valid
• Avoid random parking or standing in roadways and public areas
