How do you fancy being rewarded for driving safely? Well, take a pledge with Dubai Police and you could be.
The force has launched the second running of a campaign dubbed 'A Day Without Accidents', which aims to - you guessed it - have a day without any major traffic incidents or deaths.
Taking place on September 2, it coincides with the first week of schools returning, when traffic increases on the roads of Dubai.
Officials say that the first running of the initiative last year led to the number of accidents on the opening school day dropping by 50 per cent when compared to the same day in 2017.
To take part in this year's campaign you just need to head to the Dubai Police website and sign a pledge promising to drive carefully, with awards such as certificates, discounts on traffic fees and the cancellation of black points on offer to those who honour the commitment.
