Three children, who joined Dubai Police's summer Safety Ambassadors programme, have been gifted horses as a reward for their enthusiasm.
Safi Ali Al Naqbi, Sultan Khalid Al Shamsi and Meera Ali Al-Haj showed passion and a keen interest in attending to the horses while at the Dubai Mounted Police Station in Al Aweer.
The station taught the students how to take care of the animals and provide them with a safe and suitable environment.
Meanwhile, the Safety Ambassadors expressed their appreciation and thanked Dubai Police for the generous and thoughtful gesture.
The Safety Ambassadors programme, now in its second year, offers children an opportunity to shadow police officers and undergo training during their summer break.
