The month-long Dubai Fitness Challenge that transforms the Emirate into a city-wide gym will return for its 10th edition.

It will run from October 31 to November 29.

Organised by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and the Dubai Sports Council, the challenge will feature the flagship Dubai Run, Dubai Ride, Dubai Stand Up Paddle and Dubai Yoga events, alongside Fitness Villages, Fitness Hubs and thousands of events, classes and activations across the city.

Dubai Fitness Challenge was launched in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, with a simple ambition - to encourage residents to stay active for 30 minutes a day for 30 days.

Over the years, it has helped transform how Dubai lives and moves, with more than 16 million people stepping up to embrace a more active lifestyle.

The wider ambition has always been to make Dubai one of the world’s most active cities, where healthy habits extend well beyond the 30-day Challenge. Through DFC, Dubai is not simply hosting fitness events; it is helping shape a healthier and more connected city for generations to come.
