Passengers travelling through Dubai International Airport (DXB) are advised to check their flight status and allow extra time for their journey due to adverse weather.
Emirates urges all travellers to arrive four hours before departure. First and Business Class customers with confirmed Chauffeur Drive bookings should expect pickup one hour earlier than originally scheduled.
The airline also reminds passengers to check in online, ensure contact details are up to date, and explore self-service options for a smoother journey.
Flydubai similarly advises passengers to plan extra time to reach DXB, check in online, update contact details and use their Home or City Check-in services if possible.
Self-service kiosks in Terminal 2 allow passengers to print baggage tags, complete check-in and drop bags quickly.
For all travellers, using the Dubai Metro where possible, mapping routes with real-time traffic apps, and staying aware of flight information screens at the airport are recommended to ensure a safe and smooth journey.
⚠️ Heads up! We’re expecting rainy weather 🌧️
