Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has conducted a major inspection campaign targeting car dealerships.
The initiative, which covered 14 dealerships, focused on ensuring compliance with regulations related to transaction processing, documentation and archiving.
It aimed to assess service quality, employee authorisations and adherence to RTA standards.
Key services audited included vehicle registration, ownership transfers, exports and number plate changes.
The RTA emphasised that the campaign successfully reinforced governance and oversight, improving customer experience and maintaining confidence in the services provided.
