A comprehensive traffic management plan is in place, while 170 shuttle buses have been deployed, connecting various metro stations and parking locations.

The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has set up a field hospital and two medical emergency centres at Downtown Dubai, with 49 doctors, nurses and supervisors on site to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

Dubai Ambulance have also stationed paramedics on site.

The Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, reviewed the final preparations just hours before the mega event.

Dubai Police have urged the public to contact 901 for non-emergencies and 999 for emergencies.

Firework displays have been lined up at 29 places across the emirate to ensure the celebrations are held safely without overcrowding.
