Dubai Airports has announced on Friday that over 1,140 flights have been facilitated at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) in the past 84 hours to help travellers return home.
In a post shared on X, the airport authority added that between March 2 and March 5, more than 500 flights departed DXB and DWC, with 105,000 outbound seats provided to more than 80 countries.
It added that "the number continues to increase dramatically every day", with more flights being added to their schedule.
Dubai Airports also advised travellers to check the flight status with the respective airline before heading to the airport.
