The UAE has confirmed 3,977 new cases of COVID-19 from 173,952 tests.
Another 4,075 people have received the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 289,276.
Meanwhile, 12 more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 878.
A total of 313,626 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 23,472 are currently active.
