COVID-19: 1,214 new cases in UAE from more than 114,000 tests

The UAE has confirmed 1,214 new cases of COVID-19 from 114,653 tests.

Another 741 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 140,442.

Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 520.

A total of 145,599 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 4,637 are currently active.

The Ministry of Health conducts 114,653 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 1,214 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 741 recoveries and 2 deaths cases due to complications. #CommitToWin pic.twitter.com/QoGNM4klQe
