The UAE has confirmed 1,096 new cases of COVID-19 from 135,883 tests.
Another 742 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 139,701.
Meanwhile, three more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 518.
A total of 144,385 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 4,166 are currently active.
