The UAE has confirmed 522 new cases of COVID-19 from 229,236 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 539 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 993,204.
No further deaths have been recorded, so the total number of fatalities remains at 2,341.
A total of 1,014,387 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,842 are currently active.
