Dubai's General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) is reaching out to residents, visitors and tourists who are facing visa or residency-related issues.
The authority is organising a three-day campaign to assist people, including those who have overstayed or whose documents have expired.
'A Homeland for All' initiative runs from February 25-27 at Deira City Centre.
Speaking to ARN News, Lieutenant Colonel Salem bin Ali, Director of the Client Happiness Department at GDRFA Dubai and its official spokesperson, said the campaign is a great opportunity for people to seek help and discuss their issues directly with the authority.
Bin Ali also highlighted the other ways in which the public can get in touch with GDRFA-Dubai.
