The UAE confirmed 2,154 new cases of COVID-19 from 218,977 tests on Wednesday.
Another 2,110 people have recovered taking the overall tally to 554,589.
Two patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,686.
A total of 574,958 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,683 are currently active.
The Ministry of Health conducts 218,977 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 2,154 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 2,110 recoveries and 2 death cases due to complications. #TogetherWeRecover
