Indian businessman Pramod Mittal has been detained in Bosnia on suspicion of fraud and abuse of power.
The 62-year-old is the younger brother of steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal.
The case is related to the running of a coking plant in the northeastern town of Lukavac, which Pramod has co-managed since 2003. It has 1,000 employees.
Two other company officials have also been arrested.
Reports suggest the suspects had embezzled at least 2.5 million euros (AED 10.2 million)
If found guilty, they could be jailed for up to 45 years.
