Abu Dhabi's Zayed International Airport (AUH) has recorded strong growth in passenger and flight traffic, with daily volumes now higher than the same period in 2025.
Between June 26 and 30, the airport handled an average of more than 93,000 passengers and around 500 flights per day, connecting travellers to over 100 destinations worldwide.
Officials say the growth is driven by strong performance from Abu Dhabi's base carriers, along with expanding international partnerships and route networks.
The airport’s new terminal and advanced systems, including biometric-enabled touchpoints, have also helped support smoother and more efficient passenger flow.
Abu Dhabi Airports says Zayed International Airport continues to expand its global reach and strengthen Abu Dhabi’s position as a key international aviation hub, with further route expansion planned in the coming months.
