Teamwork is a vital part of the workplace in the Middle East and North Africa. That’s according to new findings from a new poll from jobs site Bayt.com which found that nine out of ten employees across the MENA believe that teams form a very important part of job satisfaction. The survey results showed that more than 88% of people believe that teams work effectively together, with almost 63% of respondents being happy with their teams and more than a third being “very happy”. Only 4.8% stated that they were dissatisfied with their team. While more than 66% agreed that both team managers and members take credit for team successes, 52% of respondents said that both managers and team members should take blame for the failure of a team.
