The Indian Government is issuing a notice to the Volkswagen Group. The country’s vehicle testing agency has found significant variations in the emission levels in the companies’ diesel models of Jetta, Audi A4 and Vento. India’s Heavy Industries Ministry had earlier begun a probe into Volkswagen's emission standards after a manipulation scandal hit the German auto maker across the globe. India is expecting to hear back from the car manufacturer in a couple of weeks.
