GITEX is going global once again — this time heading to Latin America — with GITEX LATAM set to debut in São Paulo, Brazil in March 2027.
The move comes as Latin America’s digital economy surges toward a projected value of nearly $950 billion by 2026, opening new doors for innovation, investment and international collaboration.
Announced during GITEX GLOBAL in Dubai, where Brazil is the official Country Partner this year, the new expansion highlights growing Latin American participation, with over 50 Brazilian startups and innovation hubs already showcased in Dubai, alongside new delegations from Chile and Ecuador.
Organised by Dubai World Trade Centre and KAOUN International, in partnership with São Paulo’s development agency, GITEX LATAM (March 16-17) will spotlight AI, healthtech, agritech, cybersecurity and other key sectors.
With GITEX now spanning 14 global cities and countries, the expansion into Latin America marks a bold new chapter in the show’s mission to shape the future of tech worldwide.
