Dubai International (DXB) retained its position as the world's busiest international airport in October, with capacity 5 per cent higher than last month.
That's according to aviation consultancy OAG's latest rankings, calculated on the basis of seat capacity.
DXB logged over 4.12 million seats, coming in ahead of the second-placed London Heathrow Airport (over 3.47 million).
Amsterdam, Paris Charles de Gaulle and Frankfurt rounded out the top five spots.
