Dubai is in the lead when it comes to global real estate recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the Dubai Media Office, the emirate recorded AED 50 billion in property transactions during the first five months of this year.
This is double the figure recorded last year.
Meanwhile, record real estate deals were also witnessed during the first five months of 2021 thanks to the city's effective handling of the pandemic.
