Real estate investors from the Middle East are looking at opportunities in Berlin as the Euro weakens. That’s according to Abu Dhabi-based property company, IP Global. The German city’s booming population and solid economy are also attracting buyers. Berlin is forecast to need nearly 20,000 new apartments every year until 2020.
