Pakistan Test captain Misbah ul Haq knows the decision to move their World T20 clash with India to Kolkata will come as a blow to fans, but players must stay focused. The much-anticipated game is being moved from the Himalayan town of Dharamsala to Kolkata for security reasons, and is set to hit the tourism industry of the region.
