England's Tom Wood has escaped a ban following an incident during their clash with Wales on Saturday. Wales full-back Liam Williams was knocked unconscious after a collision with Wood’s shin. Wood has been given a warning, which equates to a yellow card, and will be able to face Australia on Saturday evening. The flanker apologised to Williams via Twitter and wished him a speedy recovery.
