However, the Spaniard, who's form has been slowly improving after a tough time with injuries, immediately broke back before winning 9 of the last 11 games on his way to a 6-3 6-2 victory. This evening's action sees Kei Nishikori face Tomas Berdych (18:00 UAE time), whilst world number one Djokovic takes on world number two Roger Federer (midnight).
