Chasing a hefty victory target of 481, the visitors ended day 4 on 72-2. At stumps, skipper Amla was batting on 23 off 207 balls, and AB de Villiers on 11 off 91. India had earlier declared their second innings on 267-5, with Ajinkya Rahane scoring his second century of the match. India have already secured the four-match series with comprehensive wins in Mohali and Nagpur.
