The Lebanese Football Federation (LFA) has announced that all football matches will resume in January 2025, following a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah.
This decision comes after a pause in September 2024, when the LFA suspended all matches due to escalating violence between Israel and Hezbollah.
The ceasefire, brokered by the U.S. and France, allowed for a return to stability in the region.
The LFA confirmed in a statement that football activities will resume next year, offering hope for the country's sports scene.
