The International Cricket Council (ICC) could fine India up to $15,000 (Dh 55,100) after the pitch used for the third Test against South Africa in Nagpur was rated as poor by the match referee. Jeff Crowe has submitted his report to the Indian cricket board (BCCI), which now has 14 days to respond. Forty wickets tumbled on the spin-dominated track and the match finished inside three days, ending in a 124-run victory for India. There were several occasions of the ball misbehaving off the surface.
