Andy Sullivan sunk a 25-foot putt on the 18th to take an outright lead at the DP World Tour Championship. The Englishman ended the second day on 12 under-par, one shot ahead of Emiliano Grillo, who recorded the days best score of 64, at the halfway point of the season-ending event. Sullivan was on a high after his round.

Patrick Reed is a further two shots back, just ahead of Charl Schwartzel, Thongchai Jaidee and Rory McIlroy on 8-under. Meanwhile, it’s still all to play for in the Race to Dubai. There are just two shots separating McIlroy from his main challenger for the European Tour title, Danny Willet. McIlroy sunk six birdies and one bogey to card a second-round 68 at Jumeirah Golf Estates, with Willet signing for a score of 70 after hitting four birdies and two bogeys. The Irishman, who tees off for his third round at 12:20 PM, says he’s happy with his form.Listen
