Former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson dies

Former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson has died aged 76 after his battle with cancer.

The Swede managed 12 clubs during his footballing career, winning 18 trophies, including spells at Manchester City, Roma and Lazio.

Eriksson took England to the quarter-finals of three major tournaments during his five years in the Three Lions' dugout. 

In January this year he said he had a year to live "at best" following his cancer diagnosis.
