Germany thrashed Italy 4-1 and France beat Russia 4-2 in their first game at the Stade de France since last year’s terror attacks at the stadium. Nani and Cristiano Ronaldo were both on the score sheet as Portugal beat Belgium 2-1, and the Republic of Ireland drew 2-2 with Slovakia.
