The Emirates Dubai 7s is set to return this December at The Sevens Stadium, after pandemic-imposed restrictions suspended the event last year.
In its 52nd year, the festival will include the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series, invitational rugby, cricket, and Netball, and will run from December 2-4.
There will also be an exciting array of experiences, entertainment and music, with headline music acts announced in September and October.
Tickets will go on sale in September online and on the Emirates Dubai 7s App.
Tournament Director Tom Burwell assured that all COVID-19 safety protocols will be put in place.
"I can assure everyone that the festival will be delivered in the safest of conditions. We continue to work with the government and stakeholders around the world in the exact format. We will be announcing specifics as we get closer to the tournament," he said.
"We have set ourselves the challenge of modernising the whole experience. Fans will see a very different stadium upon arrival. The Emirates Dubai 7s App will also be a notable addition in improving fans experience and ensuring that everyone is safe as we deliver the Emirates Dubai 7s in the current climate."
