His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, officially inaugurated the event. This year’s theme is 'Empowering Global Action: Unlocking Opportunities and Advancing Progress'.
The summit serves as a vital platform for collaboration among officials and decision-makers, aiming to accelerate climate action and explore innovative solutions for sustainability.
Since its launch in 2014, the World Green Economy Summit has brought together leaders and stakeholders to develop strategies that harmonize economic growth with environmental protection.
The event runs from October 2-3 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
