The flight model of the Emirati lunar rover, Rashid, has been completed.
A time-lapse video released by the Dubai Media Office shows the flight model being installed at the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre's (MBRSC) laboratories in preparation for the first Arab mission to the Moon.
A total of 50 Emirati engineers, researchers and scientists are involved in the development and deployment of Rashid Rover, which is scheduled for launch by the end of 2022.
It will provide new data about the lunar soil and other elements.
