Traffic will be halted in phases from 12:00 pm to make way for the 174 km race, which starts in Al Shindagha and ends at Dubai Harbour at about 4:30 pm.
The riders will weave through the city before entering the desert and passing through Al Qudra, Expo City Dubai and the Palm Jumeirah.
The road closures will also affect Sheikh Rashid Road, Al Asayel Street, Saih Al Salam Street, Umm Suqeim Street, Al Khamila Street and King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, among others.
