The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has alerted citizens on the possibility of a tropical cyclone in the coming days.
According to the warning issued on Twitter this afternoon, there is no immediate impact on UAE’s weather.
The UAE weather bureau explained that the impact will be “low” in the 48 to 72 hours from Sunday, with the likelihood of the cyclone forming on Thursday, October 24.

Authorities have urged residents to only follow NCM for updates and not believe any rumours.
