The UAE has strongly condemned the terror attack in the Austrian capital of Vienna that left four people dead and at least 15 wounded.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation affirmed that the UAE rejects all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at destabilising security and stability of the region.
The Ministry also extended its heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims of this heinous crime and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, also took to Twitter to express "full solidarity with the Austrian people in these very difficult times".
