President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has reiterated that enhancing the role of Emirati youth in all areas of the country's national development remains a top priority.
His remarks came after he reviewed the Federal Youth Authority's latest initiatives aimed at empowering and enhancing the Emirati youth in national development programmes.
Established in April 2018, the authority is in charge of running the UAE's Youth Sector.
The review took place during a meeting with a delegation from the authority, alongside members of local youth councils and the Emirates Youth Council.
Sheikh Mohamed reaffirmed that the UAE places young people at the core of its future vision, relying on them to help achieve national development goals, drive innovation and preserve the country’s achievements.
The meeting was attended by a number of sheikhs, ministers, senior officials, and other guests.
