UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a phone call on Tuesday from Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation.
During the call, the two sides discussed developments in the region amid ongoing military escalation and their serious implications for regional and international peace and security, as well as the negative repercussions for international maritime navigation and the global economy.

The UAE President also spoke with Greece's Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who reiterated Greece’s condemnation of the continued Iranian attacks targeting the UAE and other countries in the region, including attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure, noting that they constitute a violation of sovereignty, international law, and the UN Charter.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan also met Nikos Dendias, Greece's Minister of National Defence, in Abu Dhabi and addressed cooperation between the two countries and ways to strengthen ties, particularly in defence-related fields.
