Food packages for Ramadan and Iftar meals have been distributed by the UAE Embassy to residents in Abidjan, a city in Côte d'Ivoire.
UAE Ambassador, Ali Yousef Al Nuaimi, thanked the Emirates Red Crescent Authority while the country's Minister of Solidarity and the Fight against Poverty praised the UAE's humanitarian efforts.
As many as 300 families in the suburb of Anyama have received food parcels so far in Ramadan.
