The UAE has evacuated all Emirati nationals from Iran.
That's according to a statement by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
This comes as part of the country's efforts to counter the spread of COVID-19.
All quarantine procedures were applied to citizens who have returned to the Emirates and continuous checks are also being conducted to ensure their wellbeing.
