The UAE's Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has announced the death of a 32-year-old Palestinian, who was recently flown in from the Gaza Strip, to treat for stomach cancer.
In a statement, the MoHAP said the patient suffered from several health complications and upon transfer to a specialised healthcare facility, her health deteriorated despite the best efforts of the medical staff.
The ministry earlier announced two cancer-related deaths, a 49-year-old and a six-year-old from Gaza.
The ministry extended its condolences to the grieving family, and reaffirmed its commitment to providing top-tier healthcare services to all patients.
