The UAE Media Council has issued a statement regarding a bullying incident against a child while filming a children’s programme associated with the entity, saying it is investigating the circumstances of the incident alongside the child’s family and all other relevant parties.
The entity affirmed its rejection of any violations of media content standards stipulated in the Media Regulation Law or laws related to child protection in the UAE.
Details of the reported bullying incident have not been confirmed.
