With the world’s population forecast to reach 9 billion by 2050, the need to shift the world on to a more sustainable path is the need of the hour. That’s the focus of the Eye on Earth (EoE) Summit 2015, that's running in Abu Dhabi until October 8. The event is said to attract around 650 leaders, scientists and scholars from all over the world who are discussing ways to tackle environmental issues for a sustainable future. According to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), humanity will need the equivalent of two Earths to support itself by 2030.
