The 12th Saqr Humanitarian Ship for Gaza is being loaded with essential supplies at Ras Al Khaimah Port.
It's part of the UAE's Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, aimed at strengthening the humanitarian response and alleviating the suffering of the Palestinian people amid the current humanitarian crisis.
The shipment includes food and health supplies, shelter materials, relief packages, as well as medical equipment and medicines.
The ship is scheduled to depart for Al Arish Port in Egypt, where the aid will be prepared for delivery to the Strip.
The mission is held under the directive of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and in cooperation with Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Charity and Humanitarian Foundation.
The shipment follows the recent wrap-up of around 4,000 tonnes of humanitarian aid on January 15.
