The UAE has confirmed 2,012 new cases of COVID-19 from 195,573 tests.
Another 2,147 people have been given the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 456,747.
Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,512.
A total of 472,148 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 13,889 are currently active.
Rainy weather to continue nationwide until Friday night
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) says the UAE will remain under the influence of a rainy weather system until Friday night, driven by a main weather front over the far western regions, where scattered heavy rainfall has already been recorded.
