The UAE’s Ministry of Defence says the country’s air defences are currently engaging a barrage of ballistic missiles launched from Iran.
The ministry confirmed the armed forces are fully prepared to deal with all threats to safeguard the country’s territory and ensure the safety of citizens and residents.
Authorities have advised people to remain in a safe location and follow official channels for warnings and updates.
